Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days. You may return new, stock sized products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (If you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your product to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time includes the transit time for us to receive the return package (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once received (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request after the product arrives back at our facility.
