Protect your vinyl Curtain Walls with Goff’s Shield All. Shield All is an entirely water based product that forms a protective barrier between your curtain or spray booth and dirt or overspray.
The coating sprays on easily to all prep station and booth surfaces, sets a clear dry, tack-free film that is easily removed and replaced. Shield All may be applied to vinyl curtains, booth walls, lights, windows and light panels with the ability to be peel-able or washable when removing. Shield All withstands curing ovens when used on heated bake booths.
Directions:
Application and Removal On Vinyl Curtains
- IMPORTANT – NEW CURTAINS often retain chemicals introduced during their manufacture which may prevent
- Shield All from adhering initially. For best results, clean new curtains with Goff’s Curtain Cleaner or a mild detergent and soft bristle brush. If mask continues to “fisheye” when sprayed, apply a light tack coat, then a medium-wet cross coat to follow.
- Make sure surface is dry.
- Apply a single wet coat of Shield All to curtains. Do not force dry with heat. Average dry time is 10-30 minutes with sufficient air flow. Dry times vary with shop and weather conditions. (Average Coverage: 400sq.ft./gal.)
- To remove mask, wet thoroughly with water and let stand
- 10 minutes. Rinse curtains. Shield All will dissolve and appear as “suds” as it is washed off. Curtains are clean when suds are gone.
Washable Application & Removal On Booths
- Make sure surface is dry.
- Turn off all power to booth when washing over light panels.
- Apply a single wet coat of Shield All to booth surfaces including walls, windows, doors, and light panels.* Booth fans may be turned on but not force dry with heat. Average dry time is 10-30 minutes with sufficient air flow. Dry times vary with shop and weather conditions. (Average Usage: 1 gallon per booth application.)
- To remove mask, wet thoroughly with water and let stand 5-10 minutes. Rinse booth, Shield All will dissolve and appear as “suds” as it is washed off. Booth is clean when suds are gone.
Peel-able Application & Removal On Booths
- Make sure surface is dry.
- Turn off all power to booth lights when applying and washing over light panels.
- Apply 2-3 medium-wet coats of Shield All to booth surfaces including walls, windows, doors and light panels.* Booth fans may be turned on but not force dry with heat. Average dry time is 10-30 minutes with sufficient air flow. Dry times vary with shop and weather conditions. (Average Usage: 2-2 1/2 gallons per booth application.)
- To remove mask, peel away dried film and reapply as necessary. Shield All works great as a means of maintaining booth’s true lighting on lights and windows between booth cleanups.
