Goff’s Enterprises Names Industry Veteran Steve Sprunger as New President

Pewaukee, WI – June 23, 2025 – Goff’s Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of industrial doors, industrial space separation and dock solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Sprunger as President, effective immediately. This leadership transition marks a strategic step forward in Goff’s continued growth and expansion into the dock and door market.

Founded in 1987 by current CEO and Owner Tony Goff, and his father, Robert Goff, Goff’s Enterprises has grown from a $30 investment into a manufacturing company with 70+ employees and two locations: a 67,000 SF facility in Pewaukee, WI as well as a facility in Bayville, NJ.  Goff’s has become known for its innovation in industrial curtain walls, bug screen doors, high performance vinyl doors, dock seals and shelters, and most recently dock equipment.

“In the final year of my role as CEO, we began searching for a leader who could guide Goff’s into its next chapter,” said Tony Goff. “We didn’t just find a qualified candidate-we found a true industry legend. Steve Sprunger’s experience and leadership in the dock and door industry make him the ideal person to take the helm.”

Sprunger brings over four decades of industry experience, having held key leadership roles at 4Front / Entrematic, Miner, SPX Dock Products, Serco, and Kelley Tufseal. His deep understanding of dock equipment and strategic growth will be instrumental as Goff’s expands into products such as dock levelers, edge-of-dock levelers, and trailer restraints.

Over the next six months, Sprunger and Goff will work closely to ensure a seamless leadership transition. Goff will continue to serve as CEO during this period, before stepping away from daily operations at the end of 2025. He will remain actively involved with the company as a member of the Board of Directors and Goff’s largest individual investor, post transition.

“This is more than just a leadership change-it’s the next step in a story that began in the corner of my Dad’s body shop nearly four decades ago,” Goff said. “With a strong team, a solid foundation, and a shared commitment to excellence, I’m confident that Goff’s best years are still ahead.”

Goff’s began in 1987, operating from a card table in the corner of the family’s Autobody office selling our innovative vinyl curtain walls to separate finishing areas and improve productivity. Since then, we’ve seen a consistent increase in sales & product line offering by pushing the envelope every day to change the way our customers use space in their facility. Goff’s product line includes High Performance Vinyl & Mesh Roll-Up Doors, Curtain Walls, Welding Curtains & Screens, Strip Doors, Food Processing Curtains, Insulated Climate Curtains, Acoustic Dampening Curtains, Personal Safety Partitions, and more.
